In hotels and accommodations,
a consistent level of Service is paramount.
When everything is closed
and/or unavailable
properties are probably understaffed.
Fine Dining and Restaurants
demand dedicated Service at all levels.
When there's a wait
and yet open tables,
restaurants more than likely can't hire.
Retail and many other services need
depend on dedicated teams also.
If there's only one tour
and it's booked,
there's typically not enough guides.
