Our FOUNDERS

Our Executive Director hails from the mountains of North Carolina; an area steeped in tourism and travel yet rich in local culture. Having resided in these types of small towns his entire life, preserving everything about them is of Christopher's highest priorities. 

After finishing the accredited Masters of Entrepreneurship program lead by The Carlands at WCU, Christopher launched Dreamscape Entrepreneurial Consultation; helping reshape local sustainability in around western NC.

As Dreamscape saw great success and local recognition, Christopher later sold the company to pursue opportunities out west.

After years of consummate small-town entrepreneurial experience, he is now determined to bring innovative sustainability to cherished vacation destinations everywhere. Starting with Home.

Our COO spent the last decade working in Lake Tahoe's hospitality and tourism industry. 

While working in Gaming VIP Services, he gained an intimate understanding of the intricacies of providing Tahoe-level experiences.

James' journey later led him to Boston, 

where he discovered a newfound sense of  liberation, 'not needing a vehicle.' It was in Boston that he also found love and the  mother of his child, Melissa.

James later moved to

North Carolina to immerse himself in the dynamic realm of vacation rentals and investment real estate. He chose Carolina Beach, NC as his new home-base where he currently resides primarily. 

James' unique blend of experiences and expertise promises to be a valuable asset in advancing our mission and providing direction into the future.
